“ I love a good Dave & Busters trip no matter where I am. But I have to admit that I was slightly disappointed this time. We went around 1pm and there was only 1 server there and she worked the bar also. They were not busy in the bar area at all but it took her forever to take our orders and bring our food. When it comes to customer service I'm very upstanding but with it being as slow as it was there was no excuse. ”

The place is incredible; I can’t even describe how much fun I had playing it made me feel like a kid again. The drinks are fantastic, and while the food is a bit spicy, you can ask them to leave the spice out if that’s not your thing. Overall, it was an unforgettable experience! ”

“ It’s been a few weeks now, but I can’t help but circle back to praise our angel of a server. Her name is Shan, and off the bat, Shan could tell I was having a day. I’m originally from Memphis and currently live in Starkville, MS with my finance Quint and my child, Wyatt. I still harbor so much love for Memphis, it’s one of my (regardless of public opinion) happy places! So my son is no stranger to the 901. However, Wyatt has very apparent autism. We visited the city for the weekend to celebrate Wyatt’s 6th birthday. We sat down after a debate at the host stand and I sent Quint and Wyatt off to play. She brought me my drink as I was resting my head on the table, clearly just longing for a moment of solitude. Over the course of the night, she treated my son like the VIP. She ran around with him, held his hand, talked to him like a best friend, everything. It was the first time over the course of our weekend in Memphis that I felt like I could breathe. When we’re getting ready to leave, she lets me know in a mom sort of way that she knows what I’m going through that day. I broke down in tears yall. It’s rare to get that kind of recognition, that type of “I feel you girl” moment. Our card got flagged by the bank back home, and I couldn’t tip her what o wanted too. So we went back to the hotel room, I grabbed the cash I had and I brought it back to her, where we both proceeded to cry. There was no way that her kindness, understanding and LOVE could go unrecognized. I really needed Shan that day. We will be back this weekend without my son, and I really hope I’m lucky enough to have her as my server again. Furthermore, i hope whoever is in charge treats her right. She’s a good one. The rest was good too, drinks were fire and Wyatt had a blast. ”
“ Awesome atmosphere and game selection. So much fun and friendly for all ages. The food and drinks were excellent too. Really good wings, Philly cheese steak, fried pickles (all pictured) and the mixed drinks were well made too. Our server, Maya, was very friendly and helpful. She did great! Overall awesome experience and will be back!! Only negative was the prize we got was "mispriced" in the system from what the tag said so I had to buy more tickets to win the prize, which seemed bogus and messed up, considering I had already spent plenty there. But overall, everything else was great so 5 stars it is ”

“ This was the second visit at this particular store. It was my wife and I anniversary . The server najee was awesome. Very attentive, understood our needs despite the objective of a frozen drink. She never had to write anything down. My wife and I enjoyed the experience. If you do come just ask for her she will make you feel like your welcomed. The food she recommended was great and out in a timely manner. We really enjoyed ourselves. ”
“ Well, on friday night, the parking lot crowd can be a little intimidating. Weed fills the air, as everyone has to be completely stoned to enter Dave & busters. I think they should add off duty cops for parking lot duty. Trying to get my family inside before the shooting begins. Let start with the price, wow your very high for entertainment. We ate chicken tenders fries and sodas. Food was good. The overall value wasn't here. I think Main Event would be a better option. While both are similar, I feel safer at Main Event. ”
